为了研究侧斜对冰级螺旋桨强度性能的影响,通过编写程序,实现螺旋桨有限元网格的全参数化划分,并进行桨叶强度有限元计算的无关性验证.在此基础上,通过改变桨叶侧斜分布,并按照中国船级社规范规定的5种载荷加载工况进行有限元强度计算,得到桨叶变形量及最大应力随侧斜的变化规律.结果表明:在特定工况下,存在最优非零侧斜使桨叶上最大应力或变形量最小.这一结论意味着可通过调整桨叶侧斜分布达到减小桨叶上应力集中的目的.
Effect of Skew Distribution on Strength of Ice Class Propellers
In order to study the effect of skew on the strength property of the ice class propeller,a program is written to realize the full parametric operation of the propeller finite element mesh,and the irrelevance of the finite element calculation is verified.On this basis,by changing the distribution of the propeller blade skew and performing the finite element strength calculation according to the five load loading conditions specified by the China classification society(CCS)regulations,the variation law of the propeller blade deformation and maximum stress with skew is obtained.The results show that there is an optimal non-zero skew that minimizes the concentrated stress or deformation on the propeller under specific operating conditions.The conclusion implies that the stress concentration on the propeller can be reduced by adjusting the propeller skew distribution.
