摘要

为了加快推进中国海洋渔业产业转型升级,拓展海水养殖新空间,落实"大食物观",保障粮食安全,文章阐述了中国深远海养殖产业发展现状,从养殖规模、养殖设施、经营主体、政策导向等方面进行分析.对应中国深远海养殖提高产业竞争力和可持续发展的要求,围绕中国深远海养殖产业如何提质增效,剖析阐明了目前主要存在生产布局不合理、设施装备和养殖技术水平有待提高、产业链配套不够完善、生产安全亟待加强等问题.并在此基础上提出了优化养殖生产布局、推动全产业链发展、规范养殖生产行为、科技引领创新发展等对策建议.旨在为推进中国深远海养殖产业规范有序、健康高效发展提供参考.

Abstract

In order to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of Chinese marine fishery industry,expand new space for mariculture,and implement"all-encompassing approach to food"ensure food security,the paper expounds the development status of Chinese deep-sea aquaculture industry,and aquaculture scale,facilities,business entity and policy orientation are analyzed.In response to the requirements of Chinese deep-sea aquaculture industry's improving industrial competitiveness and sustainable development,focusing on how to improve the quality and efficiency of Chinese deep-sea aquaculture industry,analyzes and clarifies the main problems such as unreasonable production layout,aquaculture facilities and technology to be improved,insufficient industrial chain supporting,and urgent need to strengthen production safety.On this basis,suggestions are put forward:optimize the distribution of aquaculture production,promote the development of the whole industrial chain,standardize the behavior of aquaculture production,and science and technology lead the innovation development,with the aim to provide reference for promoting the standardized,orderly,healthy and efficient development of Chinese deep-sea aquaculture industry.
