摘要
某大型集装箱船为系列船,其中有2条船发生了同样的中间轴承轴瓦烧毁故障,因此开展该型船故障原因分析尤为重要.通过对推进系统的设计、安装调试和运营记录等多方面进行问题排查,并进行失效分析,还原故障的发生过程,分析故障的发生机理,从而提出了改进措施.通过故障案例分析,可为推进系统类似故障分析及处理提供经验和参考.
Abstract
A large container ship is a series of ships,and two of them have experienced the same failure of intermediate bearing liner burnt out.So it is particularly important to analyze the causes of this failure of this ship for eliminating this failure.Through the troubleshooting of the propulsion system design,installation and commissioning,operation records and other aspects,and failure analysis,the occurrence process of the failure is restored,the occurrence mechanism of the failure is analyzed,and the improvement measures are proposed.The analysis of failure cases can provide experience and reference for the analysis and solution of similar failure in propulsion systems.
