Experimental and Simulated Investigation on Flywheel Rotor Integrated Shafting of an Outboard Diesel-Electric Hybrid System
In order to reduce the volume of the power system, the motor rotor is integrated into the engine flywheel, the integration of the outboard diesel-electric hybrid system is effectively improved and the change of crankshaft stress state deterioration is caused. The finite element simulation model of the flywheel rotor integrated shafting of an outboard diesel engine with diesel-electric hybrid is established and calibrated by the crankshaft stress test results, and the crankshaft is studied by the simulation model.By analyzing the strength of the crankshaft, the influence of the load stress and strength of the characteristic points of the crankshaft is obtained under different combustion pressures and engine speeds, which can provide theoretical references and basic data for improving the crankshaft reliability of the outboard diesel-electric hybrid system.
