Displacement Characteristics of Ship Elastic Support Shafting System
Aiming at the problem of displacement characteristics in the safety of the new elastic support shafting system,a robust weighted least squares equivalent surface method is proposed to comprehensively measure the elastic deformation and displacement of the shafting system,establish the finite element method model of the shafting system,and verify the model by the jacking method.The elastic deformation law of the shafting system and the supporting structure,the deflection distribution state of the shafting system at different speeds,and the displacement law of the elastic support shafting bearing were obtained through coupled static analysis,and the sensitivity of the bearing characteristics of the air spring on the static input load is obtained by the threshold sensitivity analysis method.The equivalent linear surface method can be used as an index to evaluate the displacement characteristics of the system and bearings.The vertical displacement characteristics of stern bearings change the most,followed by thrust bearings;the thrust will cause a large longitudinal coupling deformation of the elastic support structure.The analysis results and research conclusions can provide reference for the safety improvement design of marine large-scale elastic support structures,and have certain engineering application value.
