冷凝器水位控制建模和控制系统设计

为了对水位实施有效控制,结合理论分析和实际运行数据,建立一种简化的冷凝器水位控制模型,并设计冷凝器水位比例-积分-微分(PID)控制系统.采用实际运行数据对模型的有效性和控制系统的控制效果进行验证,结果表明:模型运算结果与实际运行数据具有较好的符合性,最大相对误差小于3%,并且控制系统可有效地将冷凝器水位控制在(80±3)cm的规定范围内.该模型建立方法和控制系统设计方法可为其他控制系统分析和设计提供借鉴.
Modeling of Water Level Control and Design of PID Control System for the Marine Condenser
In order to effectively control the water level,a simplified mathematic model of water level control is established by combining theoretical analysis and practical data,and a proportion integration differentiation(PID)control system is designed.The validity of the model and the effectiveness of the control system is verified by practical data.The results show that this model is in good conformity with the practical data,and the maximum relative error is less than 3%,and the control system can effectively control the water level in the specified range of(80±3)cm.The method of model establishment and control system design can provide reference for other control system analysis and design.
