Digital Process Enables Ship Intelligent Manufacturing
Digital process is the cornerstone of intelligent manufacturing,and has become the core key to promote the shipbuilding industry to achieve digital transformation,network collaboration,and intelligent change.Under the background of digital transformation and high-quality development of the shipbuilding industry,domestic and foreign advanced shipbuilding enterprises have been exploring the research and application of digital process technology.This paper introduces the current application status of digital manufacturing technology in shipbuilding enterprises at home and abroad is introduced,and the development of ship assembly and construction digital process technology is discussed from the perspectives of process planning,simulation,and execution,which can provide technical reference for the digitalization of ship manufacturing and efficient coordination with design and manufacturing.
