Research on Intelligent Innovation Direction of Shanghai Shipping Safety Assurance
As an important foundational industry for China's economic and social development,the shipping industry's safety issues cannot be ignored.In order to explore the potential intelligent innovation direction of shipping safety assurance,this article takes Shanghai shipping safety assurance as an example,sorts out and proposes the concept and connotation of shipping safety guarantee,summarizes the current situation of shipping safety assurance system at home and abroad,and analyzes the research progress of shipping safety related technologies from two aspects:intelligent port and intelligent waterway.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the existing problems and major gaps in shipping safety assurance,this article looks forward to the application of intelligent technology in the field of shipping safety assurance,namely vigorously developing digital twin and big data applications,and promoting the combination of unmanned driving and intelligent ship technology.
