燃料油加注船旁靠系泊方案的升级改造

浙江省自贸区外锚地进行海上加注服务时常受到环境条件影响,导致加注船与受注船旁靠加注时安全性低,加注效率不高.采用水动力及系泊分析软件AQWA,针对两船旁靠加注过程,基于缆绳、碰垫规格参数和旁靠系泊形式,开展船船旁靠加注时域下的运动分析.结果表明:在同样船船间距下,即碰垫规格不变时,增加缆绳数量对系泊安全有所改善,但改善空间有限;提高船船间距,即增大碰垫规格,提高碰垫刚度,对于船船旁靠系泊改善较为明显.研究结果可为今后舟山外锚地海上加注服务提供参考依据.
Upgrading of Side-by-Side Mooring System for Fuel Oil Refuelling Ship
The offshore refueling service at the anchorage outside Zhoushan is often affected by environmental conditions,which can lead to low safety and low refuelling efficiency of bunkering ships and receiving ships side by side.The hydrodynamic and mooring analysis software AQWA is used to analyze the time domain motion of the two ships side-by-side refueling based on the specification parameters of cables,cushion pads and the form of side by mooring.Under the same ship spacing,increasing the number of cables can improve the mooring safety,but the improvement space is limited.Increasing the ship spacing and cushion specification can significantly improve the side-by-side mooring system characteristics.The research results can provide the basis for the offshore oil supply service of Zhoushan outside Anchorage in the future.
