Analysis Method and Application of Complex Vibration Environment Test Profiles for Marine Equipment
Due to the lack of comprehensive reference data for reliability testing, shipboard equipment in China exhibits poor environmental adaptability. There is an urgent need to obtain comprehensive platform-measured vibration environment spectra.Addressing the complex vibrational conditions observed in shipboard platform environmental measurements, which involve both purely random vibrations and the superposition of periodic components,an analytical method is proposed for a complex vibration environment test profile. The method involves discriminating narrowband peak signals from the measured upper limit spectrum, selecting the corresponding induction process, calculating the vibration test spectrum, and incorporating it into the mission profile to synthesize the vibration test profile. For vibration upper limit spectra with periodic components,a fast equivalent method is used to efficiently separate and induce narrowband and wideband components. The method facilitates research on the entire life cycle platform environmental stress profiles of shipboard equipment, which can provide valuable insights for the reliability design of shipboard equipment.
