A Supercapacitor Model Considering the Variation of Equivalent Parameters
As a kind of energy storage element, supercapacitor has the advantages of high power density and wide operating temperature range, etc. With the proposal of energy conservation and emission reduction targets such as dual carbon, supercapacitors are increasingly used in ships such as ferries. It is a research hotspot in the field of supercapacitor ships in recent years to improve the charging efficiency by adjusting the charging trajectory of supercapacitors.A hybrid physical-behavioral model for supercapacitor charging trajectory regulation is proposed based on the analysis of the variation law of supercapacitor equivalent parameters. The model obtains the equivalent capacitance and resistance parameters of the capacitor by quasi-online parameter identification test, which can fully reflect the capacitance-voltage characteristics,current-resistance characteristics and the influence of aging on the equivalent parameters of the supercapacitor. The simulation and experimental results show that the model has the advantages of high accuracy and easy parameter identification, which can provide support for supercapacitor charging performance improvement.
