Modeling Strategy and Finite Element Analysis of Fixed Ring Beam of Hydraulic Yoke and Pin Jacking System under Different Working Conditions
In order to study the structural strength of the fixed ring beam of the hydraulic yoke and pin jacking system under different working conditions based on the load transfer path analysis and the multi-point constraint(MPC)equation, the finite element analysis of the fixed ring beam is carried out by using the modeling strategy under different working conditions, and combined with the classification society standards to carry out verification. The results show that different modeling strategies should be adopted according to the load transfer path in the fixed ring beam operation of the jacking system. It overcomes the problem of incompatible nodes at the interface of different elements and structures, and can effectively reduce the time consumed in the process of grid discretization, improve computational efficiency and save computational resources. The evaluation of the structure should take into account the combination of working conditions, stress concentration coefficient, material coefficient and other comprehensive factors. The research results can provide a reference for the analysis and verification of the fixed ring beam of the hydraulic yoke and pin jacking system under different working conditions.
