摘要

为了保证某型海事系统大型测量船的全船振动噪声指标满足任务使命要求,顺利完成我国管辖海域深远海海域和海道的测量任务,通过对测量船各项振动噪声的指标分析,对设计、工厂验收测试、建造、系泊试验和航行试验等5个阶段制定管控方案并进行落实,完成航行试验阶段的取证验证方案,形成一套全流程的振动噪声控制方案.研究成果可为科考公务船振动噪声控制全过程控制提供一定参考.

Abstract

In order to ensure that the vibration and noise indicators of a large surveying vessel of a certain maritime system meet the mission requirements and successfully complete the surveying tasks in the far-reaching sea areas and sea lanes under the country's jurisdiction,through the analysis of various vibration and noise indicators of the surveying vessel,the control scheme is formulated and implemented in five stages,including design,factory acceptance test,construction,mooring test and navigation test,and the forensic verification scheme is completed in the navigation test stage,thus forming a whole process vibration and noise control scheme.The research results can provide some reference for the whole process control of vibration and noise control of scientific research vessels.
