摘要

海洋调查船是进行海洋科学研究、获取海洋环境信息的主要设备,尤其是在远海、深海和极地等特殊海洋环境调查中,具有不可替代的作用.由于开展海洋环境调查的涉海用户众多,各高校、研究院所、涉海管理机构等对海洋调查船的调查需求存在差异,导致建设的海洋调查船实际能力并不相同.文章从海洋环境调查内容出发,针对国内外不同用户海洋调查船的调查能力差异及调查需求,进行差异性分析,讨论不同用户之间海洋调查船作业能力差异与融合性,为提升已有海洋调查船使用效能,分析新建海洋调查船设计与管理趋势提供有益参考.

Abstract

Research vessels are the main equipment for conducting marine scientific research and obtaining information on the marine environment,especially in special marine environment surveys such as deep-sea,polar,etc.They play an irreplaceable role.Due to the large number of marine environmental survey users,there are differences in the survey needs of research vessels among universities,research institutes,and marine management agencies,resulting in varying actual capabilities of the research vessels.Starting from the content of marine environment investigation,the differences are analyzed in investigation capabilities and investigation needs of different research vessels used by domestic and foreign shipping units,the differences and integration of operational capabilities of research vessels among different users are discussed.It provides useful references for improving the efficiency of existing research vessels and analyzing the design and management trends of new research vessels.
