极地船舶锚绞机外场低温性能试验

为了保障极地船舶露天甲板机械在低温结冰条件下正常作业,拓展船舶极区活动时间窗口期,针对锚绞机进行低温外场性能试验研究,完成不同环境温度工况下的性能测试.结果表明,温度会影响锚绞机的输出功率和效率,液压系统的性能参数对低温具有较高的敏感性,液压系统和传动系统在低温和负载变化条件下表现出较强的耦合特性,应在锚绞机设计和运行过程中着重考虑低温的影响.建立了有效的试验检测手段和评估方法,可为我国极地甲板机械的自主研发提供指导.
Low Temperature Performance Test of Polar Ship Windlass in the Field
In order to ensure the normal operation of outdoor deck machinery on polar ships under low temperature icing conditions and expand the time window of ship polar activity,low temperature field performance tests are conducted on windlass to complete performance tests under different environmental temperature conditions.The results indicate that temperature affects the output power and efficiency of the windlass.The performance parameters of the hydraulic system are highly sensitive to low temperatures,and the hydraulic system and transmission system exhibit strong coupling characteristics under low temperature and load changes.The influence of low temperature should be given special consideration in the design and operation of the windlass.Effective experimental detection and evaluation methods are established,which can provide guidance for the independent research and development of domestic polar deck machinery.
