CFD Simulation Analysis of High Pressure Airless Spraying Spray Flow Field
In order to fully understand the atomization principle of high pressure airless spraying technology,which is commonly used in ship interior spraying,and to improve the spraying process and enhance the spraying quality,the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method is used to simulate and analyze the spray flow field of high-pressure airless spraying.For the quality defects of high-pressure airless spraying,the atomization mechanism of high pressure airless spraying is analyzed,and the built-in rotating cup atomization model of the FLUENT software is used to establish the flow field and set the boundary conditions,and the spraying effect under different process parameters is studied.The results show that the larger the spraying pressure,the smaller the diameter of the atomized droplets,the higher the velocity of the droplet movement,and the greater the thickness of the film produced.Changing the spraying spacing has little effect on the droplet velocity,but will result in a larger spraying area and a thinner liquid film.The greater the external wind speed,the greater the loss in film thickness.
