摘要

为研究漂浮式风电行业发展的关键使能技术,推动我国海上风电走向深远海,在对漂浮式风电系泊系统进行简要概述的基础上,重点分析欧盟、美国等国外漂浮式风电系泊发展现状以及国内发展现状,并提出漂浮式风电技术研发未来关注的重点方向.研究表明,漂浮式风电系泊技术处于开发早期,部分新技术、新概念有待进一步验证,专项标准制定需进一步加强;欧盟、美国等高度重视漂浮式风电系泊关键技术的专项论证;共享锚、系泊仿真与建模设计、故障预测与视情维护技术等系泊技术值得重点关注.研究成果可为漂浮式海上风电系泊系统关键技术研发与产业生态系统构建提供一定参考.

Abstract

In order to study the key enabling technologies for the development of the floating wind power industry and promote the application of China's offshore wind turbines in the deep sea,based on a brief overview of floating wind turbine mooring system,the status of floating wind turbine mooring system abroad such as the European Union,the United States and that in China is analyzed,and the future focus of research and development of floating wind power technology is proposed.The research shows that mooring technologies for floating wind turbines are at an early stage of development,some new technologies and concepts need to be further verified,and the development of special standards needs to be further strengthened.The European Union and the United States attach great importance to the special demonstration of key technologies of floating wind turbine mooring system;mooring technologies such as shared anchors,mooring simulation and modeling design,failure prediction and condition-based maintenance deserve more attention.The research results can provide some reference for the key technology development of floating wind turbine mooring system and the construction of industrial ecosystem.
