摘要
[目的]为提升船舶企业基础设施数字化运维服务的能力,[方法]依托中船第九设计研究院工程有限公司几百家船厂核心设计监测数据资产和建筑信息模型(BIM)基础,采用工业互联网、人工智能(AI)等新一代信息技术与工业机理结合的研究方法,将船厂基础设施数据、设备物理机理、绿色环保评估转化为数学算法模型,建设以工业数据采集与边缘计算、工业数据中台、平台创新应用为技术架构的船舶工业基础设施数字资产运维平台,形成以"领域知识+工业数据+模型算法"为核心的船厂基础设施运维服务新模式.在此基础上,结合上海某船舶企业平台应用案例,针对平台已建的气体泄漏计算与分析工业应用(App)进行试验数据分析,[结果]结果显示,实测数据与平台模型算法分析结果基本吻合(R2>0.9),平台得到了有效验证.[结论]研究结果表明,船厂基础设施运维平台在实际工程运维场景中具备应用价值,对船厂绿色节能发展起到积极促进作用.
Abstract
[Purpose]In order to improve the digital operation and maintenance service capability of ship enterprise infrastructure,[Method]relying on the core design monitoring data assets and building information modeling(BIM)from hundreds of shipyards at China Shipbuilding Ninth Design and Research Institute Engineering Co.,Ltd.(NDRI),industrial internet and artificial intelligence combined with industrial mechanism research methods are used to convert shipyard infrastructure data,equipment physical mechanisms,and green environmental protection assessments into mathematical algorithm models.In addition,a digital asset operation and maintenance platform for ship industrial infrastructure is constructed,with industrial data acquisition and edge computing,an industrial data center,and platform innovation applications forming the technical framework.A new model of shipyard infrastructure operation and maintenance service is formed,with"domain knowledge+industrial data+model algorithm"at its core,enhancing the infrastructure operation and maintenance capabilities of shipping enterprises.Building on this foundation,and in conjunction with a platform application case from a ship enterprise in Shanghai,the experimental data from an established industrial application(App)for gas leakage calculation and analysis is analyzed.[Result]The results indicate that the measured data is fundamentally consistent with the analysis results of the platform's model algorithm(with an R2 of over 0.9),effectively validating the platform.[Conclusion]The conclusion shows that the shipyard infrastructure operation and maintenance platform has application value in actual engineering operation and maintenance scenarios.It plays an active role in promoting the green energy saving development of shipyards.
