摘要
提升校企合作水平和服务发展水平是高职院校应有的社会责任.江西交通职业技术学院立足自身优势,依托产教学研平台,积极开展工程建设安全考评、从业人员职业培训等社会服务,经过长期实践,在促进企业安全生产标准化、培育高素质"双师型"教师团队、实施项目化教学和辐射带动校企科技研发等方面取得一定成效,探索出一条既符合职教事业发展需求又切合自身特点的社会服务路径.
Abstract
Enhancing the level of school-enterprise cooperation and service development is the social responsibility that higher vocational colleges should have.Based on the advantages and relying on industry-teaching-study-research platform,Jiangxi V&T College of Communication actively carries out social services,such as engineering construction safety assessment and professional training for employees.After a long period of practice,it has achieved certain results in promoting the standardization of safety production in enterprises,cultivating a team of high-quality and dual-qualified teachers,conducting project-based teaching and radiating the research and development of science and technology in schools and enterprises.It has explored a social service path that meets the development needs of vocational education and fits its own characteristics.
