摘要

高职院校学前教育专业群承担着为幼儿园、早教机构培养教师和管理人员的任务.在当前"双高计划"背景下,学前教育专业群在"双师型"教师培养上遇到一些共性问题,主要表现为"双师"认定和培养制度不健全、教师自我发展意识不强、政府和行业支持力度有限等.为破解上述问题,应从完善制度体系建设、加大资金投入力度、搭建院园合作平台等方面着手,加强"双师型"教师培养工作.

Abstract

The preschool education professional group of higher vocational colleges undertakes the task of training teachers and managers for kindergartens and early education institutions.Under the current background of"Double-High construction",the preschool education professional groups of higher vocational colleges have encountered some common problems in the training of"dual-qualified"teachers,which are mainly manifested in the imperfect identification and training system of"dual-qualified"teachers,the weak awareness of teachers'self-development,and the limited support from the government and industry.To solve the above problems,it is essential to focus on improving institutional systems,increasing financial investment,and establishing collaborative platforms between colleges and kindergartens,thereby enhancing the training of"dual-qualified"teachers.
