The Construction of an Intergrated Professional Skill Training System for Marine Professional Sergeants
Aiming at the problems of repeated training,lack of skills and different standards in the course of professional skills training for the marine professional sergeants,Naval Party Officer Academy constructs four progressive levels of integrated professional skills training system for the marine major,the system of professional skill training is optimized,the links of professional skill training are strengthened,the mode of professional skill training is reformed,and the effect of professional skill training is enhanced.This results in the trained sergeants being more closely aligned with military units,job positions,and real combat scenarios,offering constructive significance to the reform of skill training for marine sergeants.
