摘要
职工技能大赛为职工搭建技艺交流平台,能够促进教师教书育人能力的提升.高职院校开展职工技能大赛,能够推进"三教"改革,转化教学科研成果,推动高职院校党建带工建工作深入实效,深化校企深度合作,创新高职院校工会"职工之家"制度建设,增进职工荣誉获得感,提升职工素质.
Abstract
Employee skill competitions provide a platform for skill exchange among employees,promoting the enhancement of teachers'abilities in teaching and educating.The implementation of employee skill competitions in higher vocational colleges can advance the reform of"three educations",transform teaching and research achievements,promote the in-depth and effective integration of Party building and trade unions building in higher vocational colleges,deepen collaboration between schools and enterprises,innovate the construction of the"Staff Home"system within colleges and universities'trade unions,increase employees'sense of honor and accomplishment,and improve the quality of the staff.
