摘要

教学督导工作是对教学质量实施检查、监控、指导和督促整改.湖南现代物流职业技术学院不断探索、创新教学督导工作,建立"校、院、班"三级联合督导体系,拓展教学质量评价维度,健全督导制度,改革教学督导评价手段,创新督导方式方法,构建了常规督导与专项督导相结合、内部督导与外部督导相结合、随机督导与周期督导相结合、线上督导与线下督导相结合的"四结合多维度"的教学督导模式,提升了教学质量.

Abstract

Teaching supervision is to inspect,monitor,guide,and supervise the rectification of teaching quality.Hunan Modern Logistics College continues to explore and innovate teaching supervision,establishes a three-level joint supervision system of"school-college-class",expands the dimension of teaching quality evaluation,improves the supervision system,reforms the teaching supervision and evaluation methods,innovates supervision methods,and builds a"four-combination and multi-dimension"teaching supervision mode that combine routine supervision and special supervision,internal supervision and external supervision,random supervision and periodic supervision,and online supervision and offline supervision.The quality of teaching has been improved.
