Research on the Continuous Talents Training Mode of Secondary Vocational Education-Higher Vocational Education-Undergraduate Education
Intermediate and senior technical and skilled talents are of great significance to promote China's economic and social development.In order to coordinate the development of all types of vocational education at all levels,and to smooth the important channels for the training of technical and skilled personnel,China's vocational education is actively exploring the continuous talents training mode of secondary vocational education-higher vocational education-undergraduate education.Starting from the definition and connotation of the secondary vocational education-higher vocational education-undergraduate education,the implementation principle of the continuous talents training mode of secondary vocational education-higher vocational education-undergraduate education is expounded,and taking the major of electrical automation technology in higher vocational colleges as an example,the implementation path of the continuous talents training mode of secondary vocational education-higher vocational education-undergraduate education is explored from the aspects of connecting majors,the joint alliance among secondary vocational schools,higher vocational colleges and undergraduate universities,talents training programs,courses and assessment mechanisms.
