信息技术类高水平专业群建设项目化管理探究

摘要
新一代信息技术产业是我国国民经济的战略性、基础性和先导性产业.因此,以新一代信息技术类专业为研究对象,分析高职院校在高水平专业群建设和管理过程中遇到的问题和困境,从构建专业群共享型课程体系、组建结构化创新团队两个维度探索专业群建设思路,从矩阵型组织结构、全过程管理模式、"双链递进式PDCA"管理三个方面构建高水平专业群项目化管理模型,确保高水平专业群建设高质量完成.
Abstract
The new generation of information technology industry is a strategic,basic and leading industry of China's national economy.Therefore,taking the new generation of information technology majors as the research object,this paper analyzes the problems and difficulties encountered in the construction and management of high-level professional groups in higher vocational colleges,and explores the construction ideas of specialty groups from the two dimensions of building a shared curriculum system for professional groups and building a structured innovation team.A project-based management mode of high-level professional groups is constructed from three aspects of matrix organizational structure,whole-process management mode,and"double chain progressive PDCA"management,so as to ensure the construction of high-level professional groups is completed with high quality.
