摘要

在CIPP模式背景下,分析高职教育可持续发展保障机制建设面临的问题及其成因,阐述CIPP模式用于高职可持续发展保障机制研究的可行性.以高职船舶工程技术专业群为研究对象,围绕背景评价、输入评价、过程评价、结果评价,全面实施专业教育教学质量评价体系建设、第三方评价机制建设及专业教学质量保障体系建设,形成常态化的高职专业动态调整机制,为高职教育高质量发展提供保障.

Abstract

Under the background of CIPP mode, this paper analyzes the problems and causes in the construction of the guarantee mechanism for the sustainable development of higher vocational education, and expounds the feasibility of applying the CIPP mode to the study of the guarantee mechanism for the sustainable development of higher vocational education. Taking ship engineering technology professional groups in higher vocational colleges as the research object, the construction of professional education and teaching quality evaluation system, third-party evaluation mechanism and professional teaching quality guarantee system are fully implemented around background evaluation, input evaluation, process evaluation and result evaluation, so as to form a normal dynamic adjustment mechanism for higher vocational majors and provide reliable guarantee for the high-quality development of higher vocational education.
