事故树分析法在起重吊装作业安全中的运用

以事故树分析法为基础,对船舶修造企业发生的起重吊装作业事故做出分析。通过对事故案例的收集和整理,以事故树的分析方法找出可能引发顶上事件的所有基本事件,从而找到导致事故发生的原因。将起重吊装作业坠落物伤人事故作为顶上事件,通过分析得到最小割集合数目65项,对基本事件按重要度排序后得出作业区之间人员交叉、现场人员距起吊物太近、现场警示标志和提醒失效等基本事件对起重事故的影响较大的结论,并以近期发生的事故验证了事故树分析的准确性和有效性。最终提出安全管理措施建议,目的在于有效预防同类事故发生的几率,提高企业安全生产管理水平。
The Application of Accident Tree Analysis Method in the Safety of Lifting and Hoisting Operations
Based on the accident tree analysis method, this paper analyzes the lifting and hoisting accidents in ship building and repair enterprises. Through the collection and sorting of accident cases, the accident tree analysis method is used to find out all the basic events that may cause the top event, so as to find the causes of the accident. The accident of falling objects injuring people in lifting and hoisting operation is regarded as the top event, and the number of minimal cut sets is 65 items obtained through analysis, after ranking the importance of the basic events, it is concluded that the basic events such as personnel crossing between operation areas, on-site personnel being too close to the lifting objects, and failure of on-site warning signs and reminders have a greater impact on the lifting accident. The accuracy and effectiveness of the accident tree analysis are verified by recent accidents. Finally, the suggestion of safety management measures are put forward, which aims to effectively prevent the probability of similar accidents and improve the safety production management level of the enterprise.
