The high-precision grinding and polishing machine for large-size plexiglass is the key equipment of aerospace, electronic information and new materials industries, in order to achieve the performance indicators of large-size processing capacity, high tolerance requirements and low plate thickness variation rate of grinding machine. In the paper, the technical research of grinding and polishing machine is carried out, and the development of high-precision grinding and polishing machine for large-size plexiglass is completed, achieving autonomous controllability of the key equipment.
