Consolidating and developing the innovation and entrepreneurship abilities and qualities of college students is the key to innovation and entrepreneurship education, and practical teaching in innovation and entrepreneurship education is the only way for college students to acquire practical concepts, knowledge, ability, and wisdom, and improve their comprehensive abilities and qualities in innovation and entrepreneurship. In response to the problems in practical teaching of innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students, based on the OBE concept, this paper proposes effective strategies for implementing practical teaching of innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students, in order to improve the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students and promote the connotative development of higher education.
