新时期高职院校创新型教师培养路径研究

摘要
创新型教师培养对于提升教师的专业素养和教学能力具有重要意义.在明确新时期高职院校创新型教师培养的必要性的基础上,分析当前高职院校创新型教师培养中存在的不足,从构建科学管理体制、完善责任制度、建立教师创新教育平台及促进教育创新交流等方面探究了新时期高职院校创新型教师培养路径,以推动高职教育的创新发展,为培养适应社会发展需求的高素质人才做出贡献.
Abstract
The cultivation of innovative teachers is of great significance for improving teachers' professional quality and teaching ability.On the basis of clarifying the necessity of cultivating innovative teachers in higher vocational colleges in the new era,this paper analyzes the shortcomings in the current cultivation of innovative teachers in higher vocational colleges,and explores the cultivation path for innovative teachers in higher vocational colleges in the new era from the aspects of building a scientific management system,improving the responsibility system,establishing a teacher innovation education platform and promoting educational innovation exchanges,so as to promote the innovation and development of higher vocational education,and contribute to the cultivation of high-quality talents to meet the needs of social development.
