摘要
高职教育管理工作只有不断创新管理模式,才能满足市场和学生个性化发展需求,培养更多符合社会要求的高素质技术技能人才.在阐释高职院校教育管理工作创新必要性的基础上,分析和探讨目前高职院校教育管理工作中存在的问题,探究高职院校教育管理工作创新的策略,以提高高职教育管理工作质量.
Abstract
The management of higher vocational education must continuously innovate its management modes to meet market demands and the personalized needs of students,thereby cultivating more high-quality technical and skilled talents that align with social requirements.Based on elucidating the necessity of innovating education management in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes and discusses the problems existing in the current education management in higher vocational colleges,and explores the strategies for innovating education management in higher vocational colleges,so as to improve the quality of education management in higher vocational colleges.
