摘要
职业教育发展的关键在于教师队伍建设.通过分析目前职业院校外语专业教师教学创新团队的建设情况,指出目前在外语专业教师教学创新团队建设过程中存在的问题,并结合河南工业职业技术学院团队建设的实际情况,提出了行之有效的建设途径,为相关职业院校外语专业教师教学创新团队建设提供借鉴.
Abstract
The key to the development of vocational education lies in the construction of teaching faculties.By analyzing the current construction of teaching innovation teams of foreign language teachers in vocational colleges,this paper points out the problems existing in the process of team building,and puts forward effective construction path based on the experience of team building in Henan Polytechnic Institute,which provides reference for the building of teaching innovation teams of foreign language teachers in relevant vocational colleges.
