Exploration on the Teaching Mode of Vocational Physical Fitness for Students Majoring in Navigation in Higher Vocational Education
After graduation,students majoring in navigation are mainly engaged in maritime transportation work,which not only requires basic vocational and technical abilities,but also requires physical fitness to adapt to the future work environments.On the basis of adopting the methods of literature review and survey interviews to analyze the sports ability and physical fitness required for future employment of students majoring in navigation.The paper explores teaching modes that can promote the development of students' vocational physical fitness from the perspective of practicality and pertinence,so as to improve students' environmental adaptability and job competitiveness,and help them achieve stability and long-term success in their future seafarer careers.
