摘要

针对某船用发电柴油机运行过程中发生"海水压力低"报警的故障现象,重点对柴油机的监测部件和机旁监控线路进行分析排查,依次按照海水压力被测管路部件检查、传感器外部线路分析、传感器本体测量、监控板采集通道排查的顺序,逐步锁定系统的故障点,针对性地进行解决,并提出改进措施和方案,确保发电机组供电可靠性.

Abstract

In response to the fault phenomenon of "low seawater pressure" alarm during the operation of a certain marine power generation diesel engine,the focus is on analyzing and troubleshooting the monitoring components and on-board monitoring circuits of the diesel engine.In order of inspecting the components of the seawater pressure measured pipeline,analyzing the external circuit of the sensor,measuring the sensor body,and troubleshooting the monitoring board collection channel,the fault points of the system are gradually identified,targeted solutions are proposed,and improvement measures and plans are proposed to ensure the reliability of the power supply of the generator set.
