高职学生的就业形势越来越严峻,解决高职学生就业问题是当务之急.高职就业指导教育和思想政治教育有效融合,可充分发挥双向育人优势,但两者有效融合仍存在一些现实问题.针对存在问题提出有效融合对策:科学建立两者有效融合的高效协同机制;创新构建两者有效融合的教学体系;科学采用两者有效的融合方式;全力打造两者有效融合的专业化师资队伍.
Abstract
The employment situation of higher vocational college students is becoming increasingly severe,and solving the employment problem of higher vocational college students is an urgent task.The effective integration of higher vocational employment guidance education and ideological and political education can fully leverage the advantages of two-way education,but there are still some practical problems in the effective integration of the two.In view of the existing problems,effective integration countermeasures are proposed:scientifically establishing an efficient collaborative mechanism for the effective integration of the two,innovating and constructing a teaching system that effectively integrates the two,scientifically adopting an effective fusion of the two,making every effort to build a professional teaching staff team that effectively integrates the two.
