"Party building+ideological and political education"is of great significance to promote the employment of higher vocational college students.On the basis of analyzing the employment status and predicament of higher vocational graduates,this paper explores the role of "Party building+ideological and political education" in promoting the employment of higher vocational college students,and then puts forward the ways to promote the employment of higher vocational college students by "Party building+ideological and political education".That is,to carry out education on the concept of employment guiding college students to obey the needs of the state and society,to expand employment channels helping college students find jobs to serve the society,to strengthen employment guidance improving college students' ability to serve economic and social development.
