高职院校辅导员职业发展路径研究

摘要
辅导员是高职院校的学生管理者,其队伍建设的重要性日渐凸显.以江西省高职院校为研究对象,在分析高职院校辅导员职业发展存在问题的基础上,运用职业生涯规划体系结构对辅导员职业发展路径进行探究,以期规划出契合岗位实情、自身实际的职业路径,进而提升高职院校辅导员职业发展能力及其育人水平.
Abstract
Counselors are student managers in higher vocational colleges,and the importance of their team building is becoming increasingly prominent.Taking higher vocational colleges in Jiangxi Province as research object,based on the analysis of the existing problems in the career development of counselors in higher vocational colleges,this paper explores the career development path of counselors using the career planning system structure,in order to plan a career path that is suitable for the actual situation of the position and oneself,and thereby improve the career development ability and counselors' educational level of higher vocational colleges.
