摘要

产科教融合视域下,现场工程师的培养既是企业生产与产业创新的现实需求,也是职业教育高质量发展的战略部署.从产科教融合的时代背景理解现场工程师的内涵和培养定位,分析职业院校人才培养存在的问题,探索现场工程师培养的有效路径:组建现场工程师学院;打造高水平"双师"队伍;完善人才培养体系;深化产科教协同育人.

Abstract

From the perspective of the integration of industry,scientific research and education,the training of field engineers is not only a realistic demand for enterprise production and industrial innovation,but also a strategic deployment for the high-quality development of vocational education.This paper understands the connotation and training orientation of field engineers from the background of the integration of industry,scientific research and education,analyzes the existing problems in talents training in vocational colleges,and explores the effective path of training field engineers.That is,establishing field engineer colleges,building a high-level "double-qualified" teaching team,improving the system of engineer training,deepening the collaborative education of industry,scientific research and education.
