Exploration on the Construction of"Double-qualified"Team of Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges
As one of the characteristics of vocational education,"Double-qualified" teachers have a diversified source structure,but they face shortage in quantity,incomplete training systems and imperfect construction mechanisms. Under the background of industrial transformation and upgrading,as well as deep integration of industry and education,the paper proposes two new requirements for the construction of"Double-qualified"team of teachers,namely "structured" and "high-level". Based on this,the paper analyzes and constructed the logic of building a "Double-qualified" team of teachers from the perspectives of profession or professional group,and deep integration of industry and education,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
