The Practice Path of Improving the Quality and Cultivating Excellence of"Double-qualified"Teachers
Under the background of enhancing the adaptability of teachers,it is urgent to address issues,such as prominent structural contradictions in the teaching staff,imperfect assessment and evaluation mechanisms,and a disconnect between professional teaching and job requirements in order to improve the quality and cultivates excellence of "double-qualified" teachers. On the basis of analyzing the practical significance and existing problems of improving the quality and cultivation of "double-qualified" teachers,this paper proposes practical paths for improving the quality and cultivation excellence of "double-qualified" teachers,such as implementing the four major projects of three-dimensional hierarchical advancement,implementing the characteristic teacher team classification and cultivation project,and constructing oriented assessment and incentive mechanism.
