Research on the Cultivation of Compound Talents Under the Background of the 1+X Certificate System
The integration of "1+X" certificates with professional talents cultivation is crucial for enhancing the quality of talents training. Taking automobile testing and maintenance technology major of Bohai Shipbuilding Vocational College as an example,this paper expounds the strategy of compound talents training under the background of the 1+X system from several aspects,such as the determination of the "X" certificates,the integration of the content of the "X" certificate into the curriculum system,and the establishment of a talents evaluation system for the dual training of moral and technical skills. The results show that further deepening the reform of compound talents cultivation under the background of the 1+X certificate system can greatly improve the quality of talents training.
