基于Hession矩阵的电子元器件针脚检测算法

针对现有的电子元器件针脚检测算法准确性低和适应性差的问题,提出了一种基于Hession矩阵的元器件针脚检测算法。该算法是基于Hession矩阵检测算法,给定元器件针脚尺度只检测对应半径的斑点后,融合重叠度、圆度等斑点检测参数过滤得到初始的针脚区域,最后用轮廓跟踪算法检测图像中的连通域作为掩膜与初始的针脚区域相乘后得到最终的针脚区域。实验结果显示:该算法能准确地检测出多种类型元器件的针脚,具有更高的适用性。
The Pin Detection Algorithm of Electronic Components Based on Hession Matrix
Aiming at the problems of low accuracy and poor adaptability of existing pin detection algorithms for electronic components,a new pin detection algorithm based on Hession matrix is proposed. First of all,based on the Hession matrix detection algorithm,the algorithm only detects the spots of the corresponding radius by the given pin size of the component,and then filters the initial pin region by melting the overlap degree,roundness and other spot detection parameters. Finally,the contour tracking algorithm is used to detect the connected domain in the image as a mask and multiply the initial pin region to get the final pin region. The experimental results show that the algorithm can accurately detect the pins of various types of components,and has higher applicability.
