The SWOT Analysis and Response Strategies for Employment of Higher Vocational College Graduates in the New Era
In recent years,the employment pressure of graduates from higher vocational colleges has been enormous. SWOT analysis is used to analyze the employment situation of higher vocational college graduates and to propose clearer and more effective coping strategies for employment weaknesses and threats. Graduates from vocational colleges should vigorously enhance their own capabilities. In order to improve the quality of employment of graduates and help them to be fully employed,the higher vocational colleges should establish a mentors alliance for employment assistance,and the government,higher vocational colleges,industries,and enterprises should also work together to form a"four level linkage"to help graduates find employment.
