In recent years,college students have faced a severe employment situation. In this context,building a precise employment guidance system based on database analysis will be beneficial for improving the employment quality and competitiveness of college graduates. Based on the analysis of the current employment situation of college graduates,according to the definition of a precise employment guidance system,strategies are proposed to establish a large database of student information,enrich the allocation of employment guidance personnel,and promote the improvement of the employment curriculum system to construct a precise employment guidance system.
