Research on Enhancing the Effectiveness of Political Theory Learning in Grassroots Party Organizations in Universities
To build and strengthen a learning oriented Party organization,political theory learning must be highly valued and given top priority. Although grassroots Party organizations in universities have always attached great importance to the theoretical learning of faculty members,it is still necessary to fully consider the problems and difficulties faced by faculty members in political theory learning and work learning during the learning process. Therefore,starting from analyzing the main factors that affect the effectiveness of political theory learning in university Party organizations,this paper explores a scientific path to achieve the effectiveness of political theory learning in grassroots Party organizations in universities,and better promotes the scientific and healthy development of grassroots party organizations in universities.
