From the perspective of professional talents training program,taking ship engineering major as an example,this paper compares the differences among vocational undergraduates,ordinary undergraduates,higher vocational colleges and secondary vocational colleges in terms of professional names,training objectives,training modes,logical ideas for formulating plans and curriculum settings,aiming to improve the level of higher vocational education,develop vocational undergraduates,improve the framework system of modern vocational education,and further enrich the vocational education system with Chinese characteristics,so as to promote China's industrial transformation and high-quality economic and social development.
