Research on the Enhancement of Vocational Core Competence of Higher Vocational Students
With the continuous development of higher vocational education,the training mode for higher vocational college students has undergone changes. However,the enhancement of vocational core literacy of higher vocational college students has always been the focus of talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges. Taking the perspective of the integration of school-enterprise culture,this paper analyzes the current problems,causes,and significance of cultivating vocational core competencies among higher vocational college students. Strategies for improving higher vocational core competencies among higher vocational college students are proposed from the aspects of co-establishing teaching teams,establishing internship bases,organizing corporate cultural activities,carrying out school-enterprise cooperation projects,and establishing school-enterprise cooperation exchange platforms.
