Research on the Path of Cultivating Labor Literacy for Five-year Higher Vocational College Students
Labor education plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating students' professional concepts,improving their professional qualities,developing their vocational skills,and achieving the goals of professional talent cultivation. It is the"coagulant" for deepening the "three education" reform in vocational education. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of labor education in five-year vocational automation majors,the goals of labor values are closely integrated with labor skills,and the ways are explored to improve students' labor literacy through modern apprenticeship,public welfare volunteer activities,internships,and on-the-job internships.
