摘要
"双碳"目标的提出为新能源产业提供了持续稳定的政策支持和市场机遇.从宏观、中观、微观三个层面探讨"双碳"目标对新能源产业创新发展的传导机制,并对新能源发展的现状与困境进行分析.进而提出从宏观政府引导到微观市场主导、中观产业链协同、数字要素赋能、环境规制的创新机制,为我国新能源产业创新发展提供理论支撑.
Abstract
The proposal of the"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"goal provides sustained and stable policy support and market opportunities for the new energy industry.The transmission mechanism of the"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"goal to the innovation and development of the new energy industry is discussed from the macro,meso and micro levels,and the current situation and dilemma of new energy development are analyzed.It also proposes an innovative mechanism from macro government guidance to micro market leadership,meso industrial chain coordination,digital factor empowerment,and environmen-tal regulation,which provides theoretical support for the innovation and development of China's new ener-gy industry.
