摘要
煤炭供应链风险管理对煤炭行业的持续健康发展具有重要作用.煤炭供应链参与方众多,风险因素错综复杂.运用DEMATEL-ANP法综合考虑两指标间的重要度并求解综合权重,再结合ISM模型直观展示系统因素阶梯结构,结果表明:国民经济运行情况和国际形势是影响煤炭供应链风险管理的根本原因,对煤炭供应链风险管理的影响最为显著.对于国民经济运行情况、国际形势、自然灾害、政府规划、新能源应用等因素采取相应的预防措施可为提高煤炭供应链风险管理水平提供决策帮助.
Abstract
Risk management in the coal supply chain plays an important role in the sustainable and healthy development of the coal industry.There are many participants in the coal supply chain,and the risk factors are complex and intricate.Using the DEMATEL-ANP method to comprehensively consider the importance between two indicators and solve for the comprehensive weights,combined with the ISM model to visual-ly display the hierarchical structure of system factors,the results show that the national economic opera-tion and international situation are the fundamental reasons affecting coal supply chain risk management,and the impact on coal supply chain risk management is the most significant.Taking corresponding preven-tive measures for factors such as national economic operation,international situation,natural disasters,government planning,and new energy application can provide decision-making assistance for improving the risk management level of the coal supply chain.
